A Publix grocery store anchors this 147,800 sf retail center. Tilt-up concrete panels were used at the storefront façade to expedite the construction and complete the project on schedule. This construction method provided speed to close in the building, allowing tenants to quickly move-in and open at the same time the Publix opened. In this manner, the center was active from the start.
Randall-Paulson Architects completed tenant work of many of the tenant spaces, including a 12,000 sf dance studio. Other shops in the center include restaurants, jewelry store, women’s gym, video store, optical services, and an insurance company.
