The 115,000 sf Village Shoppes at East Cherokee is anchored by a Publix and features individual storefront awnings, brick finish and cornice cap and pedestrian lighting to encourage evening activity. Also anchored by Publix, Village Shoppes at Sugarloaf is a 147,800 sf center with restaurants, a gym, and various service tenants. Village Shoppes at Sugarloaf is strategically located in the heart of Gwinnett County, the fastest growing in Georgia.

Village Shoppes at Gainesville has several anchor tenants, including Publix, Ross, Old Navy and Marshalls. The anchors are emphasized with strong accent towers, which also serve to express the entry points for each tenant.

The Village Shoppes developments are constructed from tilt-up concrete, which sped delivery time and allowed tenants to quickly move in.
