This Publix retail center features 70,200 sf of tenant shops as well as major retailors such as Marshalls, Ross Dress for Less, Old Navy, Pier 1, and Famous Footwear.
The center is constructed of concrete tilt-wall and load-bearing masonry with brick and EIFS veneer. A sophisticated color palette joins with elegant brick and cornice details to create a classic look with visual variety.
The Publix has three strong accent towers that emphasize the entry and extent of the store. It anchors the center and blends well with the entire development.
