Randall-Paulson Architects designed the Mill Creek Station shopping center, located in rapidly growing Gwinnett County. A mix of tenants occupies the two-building retail space, including HiFi Buys, Wolf Camera, Supercuts, and Sprint Store amongst others.
To satisfy the design guidelines of Mill Creek and The Mall of Georgia, the buildings are enriched with neoclassical features, such as a variety of façade materials, fenestrations, ornamentation, expressed cornice details, and entry canopies. This design lends a distinct but complementary identity to each shop.
Architects selected brick, EIFS veneer and metal panels for the exterior skin and a built-up roof for the single-story center.
