Village Pavilion
Smryna, Georgia • 12,000 sf

Village Green is an award-winning mixed-use project in Smyrna complete with townhomes, retail space, office space, and restaurants. The project, built around the existing city hall, revitalized downtown Smyrna and won the Urban Land Institutes’ Award for Excellence. Randall-Paulson Architects and Thomas Enterprises had already worked together on numerous projects when the developer requested that RPA design Village Pavilion, the first building in the development. Village Pavilion includes Thomas Enterprises’ corporate office space, additional professional offices, and retail tenant space.

Village Pavilion, the earliest phase of the site, features a two-story atrium that connects Phase I and Phase II. Each of the two buildings house professional offices and provide space for retail and service businesses to support the employees and visitors of the expanding Village Green complex.

The complex is laid out around a brick-paved and pedestrian-friendly courtyard. Village Pavilion complements the architectural look of the city complex and fills in the remaining vacant space around the courtyard. The Pavilion is unique in that it is the only privately owned building located within the complex.
