Randall-Paulson Architects provided architectural and interior design services for Automated Logic, a building system controls company, in several phases spanning nine years. They employ 250 personnel in administrative, sales, and light assembly.
Phase I, completed in 1995, included the initial 30,000 sf single story office building. Phase II, completed in 1999, was a 23,000 sf addition that included the addition of a one level parking deck for 50 cars. Phase III, a 5,400 sf warehouse was completed in 2002.
The building is constructed of a steel frame structure with red brick veneer. RPA worked closely with the Owner to research brick patterns and create a detailed multi-colored pattern. Windows are glazed with 1" bronze insulating glass.
Office space is 100% open and adjoins an outdoor garden and picnic area. Break-out rooms line the core of the building and allow for private meetings and brainstorming sessions. Other areas include training, conference, and a large corporate and assembly/breakroom.
