Randall-Paulson Architects designed the renovation of this 1950’s midrise in midtown Atlanta. It has proven to be the perfect new home for this fast growing marketing firm that specializes in promotional advertising. The plan incorporated a combination of private offices and built-in work stations.
Unique elements of the existing space were preserved. They included the original lobby terrazzo floor to and an authentic 1950’s telephone booth that was kept as a show piece in the lobby entrance area.
A dynamic color scheme derived from Mastermind’s logo carries throughout the space. The palette is composed of high contrast hues that create a striking image when juxtaposed with the original 1950’s materials of brick, tile, and marble.
Building features include a built-in reception desk; built-in work stations; soffit and floor pattern shapes; and colors are mirrored throughout.
Design details include accent lighting, angled partitions, and an exposed interior structure.
