Randall-Paulson Architects designed six buildings for the park, the latest of which was Bldg 800, which sits on the East side of the industrial park. The speculative building is a rear load facility, with office and distribution components.
Buildings in Southwoods Distribution center have a 24' clear height and a 5" unreinforced floor slab. Designers chose tilt-up concrete walls for cost and ease of construction. Adding aesthetic value to the design, office entry areas are articulated with round columns, ribbed form liners and painted accent medallions.
