Each retail center’s design is a reflection of the local market, local design guidelines, and the owner’s perspective. Design concepts for the various locations range from a highly ornate traditional approach to contemporary flavor. Custom designed facades differentiate each shop, while blending the center as a whole. Publix design standards are utilized at each location and include items such as site lighting, ramps, handicap accessibility, and use of durable materials.
