Chesterfield County, Virginia — Winterfield Village, a 37-acre mixed-use project, is being developed in Chesterfield County. It will feature 300,000 square feet of retail space, 18,000 square feet of restaurants, 251 multifamily units and 10,000 square feet of office space. Phase I, which will include 22,000 square feet of retail space, is set for delivery in fall 2007. James Doran Co. is developing the project, and Randall-Paulson Architects is designing it.
