April 19 & 20, 2007 – Randall-Paulson Architects recently held their annual Spring Retreat in Stone Mountain. The retreat supports RPA’s culture of Open-Book/Participatory Management with all employees coming together to discuss the firm’s present and future budget and hot issues. Learning sessions on Drawing Standards, Sustainable Design, Administrative Topics, and others supplemented the two day program, which also included open discussion break-out groups and a game of golf for team building.
