PROLOGIS PARK GATEWAY NAMED INDUSTRIAL BUILDING OF THE YEAR
ProLogis Park Gateway was named Industrial Building of the Year by the NAIOP Northern Virginia chapter. Jim Musgraves traveled to Virginia to attend the award ceremony and celebrate with other team members including the client, ProLogis, and The Conlan Company, the contractor.
Located in Loudoun County, Virginia, ProLogis Park Gateway Phase II is a nine building business park featuring speculative office/distribution facilities averaging 80,000 sf. These concrete tilt-up buildings feature dramatic two-story reflective glass entry elements accented with pre-finished architectural metal canopies and are crowned by large, arched concrete spandrel panels.
