King Mill
Wins First Place
December 18, 2006, Atlanta, Georgia - King Mill, the first project developed by Cousins Properties’ newly formed Industrial Division, recently won a 1st place award in the Georgia ACI 2006 Awards Competition.
Randall-Paulson Architects designed phase 1 of the speculative park. Built of tilt-up concrete, the design incorporates stylish elements such as tall curtainwall glass at entry points, and architectural reveal patterns.
