This 430,615 sf distribution facility is a Build-to-Suit for a manufacturer of automotive brakes. The facility features an impressive two-story front entry to the corporate offices, as well as a porte cochere with an Asian influence, constructed around a steel frame, faced with a mixture of concrete and architectural sheet metal.
Fellowship Christian School
Roswell, Georgia
Following the development of all the outdoor athletic venues and new parking, implementation of Phase 1 of the master plan has expanded to include an addition to the main building for middle school growth and a new gymnasium for use by the elementary and middle schools. Security, access, and identity concerns have led to inclusion of a new front entry. The design creates a new campus focal point with its two story brick tower, cross patterned glazing, and exposed truss entrance canopies.
Crestwood Suites
Longhouse Hospitality
Gwinnett County, Georgia
The concept is to rebrand an existing Sun Suites hotel into a Crestwood Suites by updating the hotel exterior without a complete renovation. New warm colors were selected emphasizing vertical elements to break the long and low elevation. Railings create the illusion of balconies at each room. Cultured stone was added to sections of the ground floor to add a natural material and texture. New roof shingles have been selected to harmonize with proposed wall colors.
