Randall-Paulson Architects was named the nation’s 11th best architectural firm to work for according to ZweigWhite, the leading U.S. publisher of commercial information for the professional architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industries.
Michael B. Randall, AIA, co-founder and partner at Randall-Paulson Architects, believes that the firm’s ranking is the result of ongoing efforts by its 54 employees and principals to structure a work environment that facilitates Randall-Paulson’s leading-edge professional approach.
“We decided to raise the bar,” Randall said. “We wanted a sustainable environment that generates creative enthusiasm.”
In 2007, the firm’s principals studied the strategies of top-20 AEC companies. A series of employee focus groups identified projects to enhance professional growth, morale, work environment and benefits.
