RPA Doubles 5K Participation
For the past three years, RPA has formed a company team to participate in the Kaiser Permanente Corporate Run/Walk. It’s a great time, supports healthy living, and brings employees together for a night of exercise and entertainment.
For 2007, team captains made it their goal to double participation. They made sure to mention the race at Monday morning meetings, sent emails, and even gave a prize to the first sign-ups. It worked. This year, there were twenty runners, up from last years’ eight! Not only did it make the race a lot more fun, but it brought in that much higher of a contribution for Kaiser’s charities, The Atlanta Braves Foundation and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta.
