The owner felt strongly about the need to create a healthy environment and designers responded with sustainable design elements and natural materials.

A multi-phase project with a mix of retail, office, and residential is planned for downtown Avondale Estates as part of a redevelopment of the area. Randall-Paulson Architects is coordinating with the city, residential and commercial developer, and a design consultant to achieve a highly usable and attractive design for the new large-scale development.
