On any given day we may have the pleasure of meeting with representatives of huge multinational companies, governmental organizations, church committees, experienced developers, or young entrepreneurs – sometimes all in the same day! Each client is unique and each project is unique, but there can also be similarities in preferred style of project management among our different clientele.
Our larger corporate clients require a particular project management style. Many of these amazing companies are U.S. corporations with a customer base that stretches from the Atlantic to the Pacific. Others are Fortune 500 companies with offices throughout the world. Projects for these clients require highly organized communication and rapid decision systems so we must maintain sophisticated technology for efficient design, information sharing, and distribution. Flexibility and ability to quickly adjust to improved prototypes or new corporate decisions come with the territory. And, of course, delivery of solid service from the beginning of the process through the final building walk-through is expected.
