North Atlanta Oral & Maxiollofacial
Cumming, Georgia
A 3,380 sf build-out design for consultation rooms, treatment rooms, sterilization area, private offices, reception area, admin support area and restrooms.
Design included customized millwork in the doctor’s restroom facilities as well as a custom reception desk.
Crestwood Suites Tulsa
Tulsa, Oklahoma
A new drive-through canopy with fresh curb appeal for this existing hotel.
Design includes bolted wood truss construction, stucco finish, and ceramic roof tiles to coordinate with the existing building.
Magnolia Place Shopping Center Renovation
Daphne, Alabama
Located right on the coast in the “East Bay” area of Alabama this original center was built in the early to mid ‘80s and was home to the former gulf coast grocery chain, Delchamps. Wallace Real Estate Company is redeveloping the center to include a 45,000 sf Publix with drive-thru pharmacy.
This project includes a partial demolition of the existing structures, rebuild of a 9,000 sf Dollar General store and Publix, and a face-lift of the adjacent retail store canopies.
USPS Guyton
Guyton, Georgia
The proposed Guyton Main Post Office is located in the city’s Historic District. This new 5,900 sf post office responds to the local community’s request for a facility that respects the district. Using Depression Era post offices as inspiration, Randall-Paulson has interpreted the style while accommodating current necessities such as accessible and covered entries. A similar post office is proposed for Grayson, Georgia where the community has strict design guidelines to create historical appearing architecture.
