CALENDAR

We have changed our annual company retreat to a Spring format, which means the office will be closed April 19 & 20, 2007. Please keep these dates in mind when planning your upcoming project schedules and remember to note them on your calendar.

Principal Alex Paulson and Associate and Studio Leader Rick Maxian are set to attend the 2007 ISCS Spring Convention in Las Vegas. Held on May 20-23, the annual conference brings together the leaders in the real estate industry.

Our Open-Book Management style, which supports employees’ participation in financial goals, idea sharing, and budget creation, has been in place almost 10 years.

RPA is active in the Roswell Design Charette, which aims to preserve the historical presence and develop new commercial areas in historic Roswell, Georgia. Our office in the historic Roswell Mill serves as the East Boundary of the proposed new development.

It’s tough to pick up a newspaper, turn on the news, or click on the internet and not see something about green buildings and global climate change and impact. It has been shown that each year, American buildings alone use up to 42% of our energy, produce 40% of our emissions, and consume 39% of our raw materials.

King Mill, the first project developed by Cousins Properties’ newly formed
  Industrial Division, recently won a 1st place award in the Georgia ACI 2006   Awards Competition. Team members from Randall-Paulson Architects, Pruitt
  Eberly Stone, and Cousins Properties were on hand to accept the award at a
  banquet held in Atlanta.
