RENEWING ROSWELL
February, 2006 - The historic center of Roswell may be getting a whole new look. Local residents, planners, and designers have all teamed to give their input in revitalizing the town’s main square and surrounding areas. Headed up by Lew Oliver, a town planner who both works and lives in Roswell, the task force aims to evolve the city into a vibrant live, eat, and play community.
Randall-Paulson Architects principal Alex Paulson and architects John Carruth and Leslie Carruth volunteered their time and ideas towards the Roswell Design Charette, offering solutions to both maintain the historical presence and develop new retail and commercial components. The designs hold significance to RPA, as our office location in the historic Roswell Mill serves as the East Boundary of the proposed new development.
