September 18, 2009 – Daniel Luster was recognized at the University of Tennessee College of Architecture and Design Honors Convocation. His essay won the Randall-Paulson Architects Essay Scholarship competition. He was awarded a $5,000 scholarship for the 2009-2010 academic year. Daniel is joined in the photograph by Dean John McRae, Professor George Dodds, and Director Scott Wall. The contest aims to promote writing skills and business insight for architectural students.
