115,000 sf

Conceived as a pedestrian friendly shopping area, the building undulates in plan to create variation in the façade. Groups of shops are articulated as separate buildings and feature their own facade design, brick finish, and cornice cap. Individual storefront awnings are used in several locations to provide individual store identity.

This tilt-up concrete retail center features 70,000 sf of shops and a 45,000 sf Publix as anchor. Begun during a very rainy fall, the use of tilt panels allowed the project to remain on schedule despite site difficulties. Brick columns and pilasters add detail and relate to a pedestrian scale. Special attention was given to the pedestrian lighting to create an inviting center during the evening hours.
