This Publix anchored retail center features 23,000 sf of multi-tenant space. The center consists of five buildings, distinguished by styling and site placement. Two free standing buildings anchor the front of the site, while three contiguous buildings are angled in placement. Collectively the buildings semi-enclose the site, creating a village atmosphere, and maximizing land usage on an unusually shaped and streetbound site.
While the center has traditional styling, some elements are decidedly modern. Craftsman style lighting and precast accents subtly play between old and new. Traditional arches and canopies are used, but are contrasted with modern cantilevered canopies. Varying heights, window fenestration, alternating patterns of red brick, and yellow and beige EIFS provide distinction while unifying the center.
Randall-Paulson Architects also provided fit-out services for select tenants.
