This retail center involved collaboration with the architects of neighboring developments to create a cohesive environment. Randall-Paulson Architects was responsible for the overall character of the buildings and for the design, construction documentation, and construction administration of the retail shops. The center features 20,000 sf of retail shops, a 42,000 sf LA Fitness, a Shell service station, a Great American Tire, and a Waffle House.
The center features brick detailing and bold colors. Corbelled, flemish bond bricks with projected light-gray headers create shadow and give the walls texture. Variations of the brick detailing were used on all buildings and signage bases to allow the buildings to relate.
