This upscale power retail center was slated as a fast-track project, and required strong coordination and organization to meet all of the various tenants’ requirements and the owner’s goals.
Located at I-30 and Alcoa Road in Bryant, Arkansas, this center is anchored by Target, Kohl’s, and other nationally known tenants. Designers developed a contemporary expression with metal canopies, brick bases, EFIS, and brick end caps.
Despite a tight budget and time frame, the project was successful and satisfied the needs of the growing market.
