Stonemont Village is an 119,849 square foot neighborhood retail center located in Stone Mountain, Georgia. This high volume center is situated on one of Atlanta’s major thoroughfares with easy accessibility and excellent visibility from Memorial Drive.
Randall-Paulson Architects was commissioned to design an expansion to the existing center to provide 7,615 sf of contiguous new ‘white box’ retail shops after a portion of the existing center was damaged by a fire.
The new addition features a three-ply roof and brick masonry veneer and EIFS for the façade. The design compliments the adjacent center and harmonizes with the previous aesthetic.
