Twin Oaks Plaza is a mixed-use center with retail on the main floor and office space on the second and third. The building features a roof plaza for a restaurant and is accented with steel balconies on selected 2nd floor offices.
The structural system consists of a steel frame and poured concrete walls at the significant grade transitions. This masonry building has a brick and cultured stone base with EIFS cornices, pilasters and window surrounds on the upper level and metal canopies on the lower. These coordinate with the diverse architectural style of buildings around the site, initially an obstacle in forming a cohesive look.
