Randall-Paulson Architects was asked to step in to complete construction documents and provide construction administration when the original design architect ceased services. This 8,000 sf facility was based on the 65A plan with retail lobby, support spaces, workroom, carrier canopy, and mail platform.
Designers incorporated USPS requested modifications to the prototype to maximize function and save costs including an enclosed Entry Vestibule, enclosed Mail Platform, and Carrier Canopy roof integrated into main building roof.
RPA also worked closely with USPS, including the Postmaster, to select exterior finishes.
