This 327,000 square foot industrial warehouse and office park has a prime location on Wilson Rd. near Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
Plans for this industrial park include three separate buildings that will be built in phases. Phase one featured the RPA-designed Building 100, a 109,845 sf facility that celebrated its grand opening in mid-June of 2008.
Design for this multi-tenant office and distribution building includes dock doors, cooler room, and a rear loading section for efficient distribution. The office section of the building is large enough to accommodate over 100 employees in private offices and workstations. Along with the master plans and building designs, RPA was also in charge of all the tenant improvements. Additionally, RPA graphic design helped the client create site plans and update them as changes occurred to reflect current leasing availability or building revisions.
In order to conserve energy, RPA designers added sun-shade canopies over all windows and entryways of the storefront.
Before Building 100 was even completed, over 80% was already leased by UTi for storage, distribution, and office space.
