Suzuki Office, Training & Distribution Facility
Kennesaw, GA • 132,000 sf

Randall-Paulson Architects designed this build-to-suit project for developer Taylor & Mathis.

The facility contains approximately 8,000 sf of training shops and classrooms on the lower level for hands-on vocational training. The building also includes a mezzanine for 7,000 sf of second-story offices. The remaining area is devoted to warehouse space for cars, motorcycles, outboard engines and other products, including special storage capabilities for oil and tires.

The facility design features an economical tilt-up concrete wall system with interior steel framing. A double-height colonnade at the building entrance creates a high profile image. The building entry includes an atrium, a column-supported office mezzanine, a roof supported storage mezzanine, and a catwalk around the perimeter of the truck dock.
