Positioned in the rapidly growing industrial market of Memphis, ProLogis Park Stateline eventually aims to accommodate 2 to 3 speculative distribution facilities. Building 100, designed by Randall-Paulson Architects, is the initial facility in the brand new 80-acre park.
The premier speculative building in the development is capable of being expanded to 1 million square feet to accommodate a variety of uses. Designers established a fresh look with 25' height curtainwall glass at the entrances and incorporation of the louvers into an architectural element on each personnel door. Recessed downspouts allow for truck clearance, and ProLogis green panels were used to brand the building.
Building 100 and subsequent facilities in the 80-acre ProLogis Park Stateline will allow ProLogis to continue to accommodate the growth of their existing customers and new business to Memphis.
