Located near the interchange of I-85 and GA-316, in the heart of the Northeast Corridor, buildings in this 50-acre distribution center benefit from superbly convenient access to both downtown Atlanta and the Southeastern United States. The highway visibility also enhances name recognition and prestige. The development was master planned by Randall-Paulson Architects to include four buildings, two of which are reserved for build-to-suit opportunities.
RPA provided full architectural services for Building 100, a 132,000 sf multi-tenant rear-load office/ distribution facility. The building features brick veneer with split-faced block on concrete tilt-up. Building 100 incorporates 24' clearance heights, 130-foot truck court depths, dock and grade level drive loading in the rear of the building, and an ESFR sprinkler system.
