King Mill
Distribution Park

McDonough, Georgia • 790,400 sf

King Mill is the first project developed by Cousins Properties’ newly formed Industrial Division. The distribution park sits on 182 acres in rapidly expanding Henry County, and is set to eventually feature five buildings.

Randall-Paulson Architects designed Phase I of the park, a speculative shell building with 32' clear heights, large truck courts and trailer storage areas. The facility underwent an expansion before drawings were even complete, adding an additional 374,400 sf for up to four tenants. Built of tilt-up concrete, the design incorporates stylish elements such as tall curtainwall glass at entry points, and architectural reveal patterns.
