Towne Lake OVerlook Woodstock, Georgia • 54,000 sf
Randall-Paulson Architects designed this three-story speculative office building for medical practitioners. The floor plan features a compact core and corridor arrangement to
maximize efficiency and provide flexibility for leasing. The plan achieves an efficiency rating of over 88% usable area.
The building uses a concrete frame and an exterior skin of precast concrete with storefront and curtain wall glazing. The majority of glass is tinted, with reflective glass used in the curtain wall that accentuates the building's entrance. This central entrance element crowns the roofline with a subtle curve that is repeated on the ground level in the covered entrance portico.
The facade is further enhanced through the use of reveals in the precast panels, and decorative precast medallions created from the owner’s logo.
